Just a few weeks left before Imagine season's pinnacle: the International Final

The international all-styles music competition for young artists is coming to town, Brussels town that is! Get ready for an incredible mix of music and young talent all live at the Botanique from the 26 - 27 June 2015 with 10 Belgian groups, 5 International Finalists & 4 guest bands. 26/06: IMAGINE BELGIUM NATIONAL FINAL

The competition kicks off on Friday night at 6pm with the Imagine Belgium National Final. There, 10 bands having made it past all the Preselections and Regional rounds will compete for the chance to represent their country at Imagine Festival 2016 in Zagreb, Croatia.

27/06: IMAGINE INTERNATIONAL FINAL

Next up is the big day, Saturday the 27th, where 7 up-and-coming bands from across Europe will take to the stage for the final leg of this year’s competition. They represent a diversity of music genres and an amazing musical journey that will reach its pinnacle in here in Brussels! Although all winners in their own rights, only one lucky group or artist will follow the path of Algot, Gustaf and Were by taking home the international Imagine title and touring Europe with Imagine in 2016!

Imagine is not only about competition though... Behind the scenes there will be loads of cool stuff going on. The philosophy of the festival is about bringing budding young musicians from around the world together to connect and share, learning from one another and from top level music industry professionals. Before competing they will enjoy two days of workshops, masterclasses, jam sessions and soaking in the sights and sounds of Brussels. Imagine is today one of the most unique and positive platforms for young musicians to develop themselves and their musical careers. Make sure to join them on Thursday 25th at Le Cercle des Voyageurs (9pm) for a jam session with all the musicians for some pre-competition good vibes!

Imagine Festival is a non-profit event organised by JMI, Jeugd en Muziek & Les Jeunesses Musicales and is a part of JMI’s Imagine program.
